The book has been updated throughout and the chapter on rehabilitation has been expanded substantially to reflect the advances which have taken place. The chapter on common sites of injury has been rewritten to explain also how visual, palpable and biomechanical examinations can pinpoint subclinical abnormalities and how early recognition and corrective action can avoid a catastrophic breakdown.
